3.3 One Account Policy

A user opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be cancelled immediately and balances may be forfeited.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The following rules apply to financial transactions on the ek44 platform:

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for all methods).
  • Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
  • Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes.

  • No fee applies to deposits, however your payment provider may impose charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
  • Standard withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes.
  • Withdrawal requests will be processed only after verification is complete.
  • Withdrawals can only be made via the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any bonus-linked balance.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ek44 offers various types of bonuses and promotions. The following conditions apply to their use:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

  • 150% bonus on the first deposit up to ৳8,000.
  • Wagering requirement: 25 times the combined deposit and bonus amount.
  • The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per user.
  • After claiming the bonus, meeting the wagering requirement is mandatory before making a withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Policy

  • Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated.
  • If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.
  • ek44 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
  • Bonus balance is not transferable.

5.3 VIP Program

ek44's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback; and Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback. You can advance to a higher tier through consistent active play. Cashback is paid on a weekly basis and ek44 reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time.

6. Gameplay Guidelines

The following guidelines must be followed when playing games on the ek44 platform:

  • All games are operated using fair and verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
  • Game outcomes are not predetermined — each round is determined independently.
  • If a game is not completed due to a technical error, ek44 reserves the right to consider that game void.
  • Attempting to gain profit by exploiting software errors or bugs is strictly prohibited.
  • In any dispute regarding game rules and payouts, ek44's server logs will be considered as final proof.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ek44 platform:

  • Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
  • Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means (bonus hunting / arbitrage).
  • Accessing or hacking another user's account.
  • Playing games using automated bots or software.
  • Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform.
  • Harassing or intimidating other users.
  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Depositing or withdrawing using a third-party payment account.

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, ek44 reserves the right to immediately close the relevant account and forfeit its balance. Legal action may be taken if necessary.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Limitation of Liability

ek44 accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

  • If a game is interrupted due to internet connectivity issues, server errors, or other technical reasons.
  • In the case of payouts incorrectly displayed as a result of a technical error — in such cases the relevant amount will be voided.
  • Failure to access the service due to issues with the user's own device or network.
  • Software errors from third-party game providers.
  • Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) — natural disasters, government directives, etc.

ek44's maximum liability in any case will not exceed the current balance in the user's account.

10. Account Closure

10.1 Closure by the User

Any user may request closure of their account at any time via live chat or email. The opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance in the account will be given before the request is processed.

10.2 Closure by ek44

ek44 may suspend or cancel an account in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of these Terms.
  • Fraudulent activity or suspicious behaviour.
  • Providing false information or refusing verification.
  • A long period of inactivity (generally more than 12 months).
  • Legal or regulatory reasons.

11. Responsible Gaming

ek44 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. Gaming is an entertainment activity — it should not be treated as a source of income. Always keep the following in mind:

  • Only wager an amount of money that you can afford to lose.
  • Do not place larger bets in an attempt to recover gaming losses.
